Michael J. Medley received the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, in 1990, 1991 and 1995, respectively.

In 2002, he joined the State University of New York Polytechnic Institute in Utica, NY where he currently serves as an Associate Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering. With over 25 years of experience as a research engineer for the United States Air Force at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome, NY, Prof. Medley has been involved in communications and signal processing research related to adaptive interference suppression, spread spectrum waveform design, spectrum management, covert messaging, terahertz communications and airborne networking and communications links.
