Wellness Wednesdays (see flyer for details)

Wellness Wednesdays sponsored by the SUNYIT Wellness Committee:  Look for members of the Wellness Committee in blue and white t-shirts on Wednesdays.  The goal is to raise awareness of the importance of eating well and exercising as a lifestyle and not a special occasion.

Eat Healthy. . .

The Wellness Committee has partnered with Sodexo to provide a healthy option as the special each Wednesday, starting July 10th.  The special will be offered for only $3.89 from 11:30am-1:00pm in the Student Center.

Move More. . .

The Wellness Committee would also like to encourage you to walk for wellness every Wednesday.  Everyone who purchases the healthy lunch special will receive a free walk for wellness bracelet as a freindly reminder to get up amd move more. Ask a coworker to join you for a walk and even if it rains, use the indoor walking track in the fieldhouse.

Goal:  Feel Well!
