Good Afternoon,

In consideration of cost and saving funds, effective April 5th, State paystubs will no longer be mailed unless specifically requested by the employee.

SUNY Poly HR Payroll will keep paystubs at the HR office (or your department’s designated office) available for pick up for 30 days after the check date. If you’d like to pick up your paystub, you may do so within 30 days of the paystub date.  After 30 days, it will be destroyed as per the New York State Office of the State Comptroller policy for unclaimed paystubs. https://www.osc.state.ny.us/payroll/files/ac2772.pdf

If you would prefer your paystub be mailed to your address on file, please email payroll@sunypoly.edu and we will be happy to do so for you.

You may access your paycheck information online at www.suny.edu/hrportal.  If you’d like to opt-out of paystubs all together, please go to NYS Payroll Online via the SUNY HR portal.  Directions are attached.
