This year’s theme reflects the ever-evolving and interconnected nature of our identities, experiences, and communities. Just as rivers gather strength by drawing from countless streams, our collective understanding of diversity grows when we come together to share knowledge, challenge assumptions, and celebrate differences. Through this theme, we aim to honor the rich cultural “currents” that shape our campuses, society, and future.  Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a wide array of conference offerings, including scholarly presentations, interactive workshops, and cultural performances—all thoughtfully curated to promote a deeper understanding of the complexities surrounding diversity.
