SUNY Poly's College of Business is holding an open session next Wednesday, September 3rd at 3:00 PM in the newly formed NYSTEC Trading Center, Donovan Hall Room 1229. Please join us for an explanation of some of the many possibilities you can explore with our new financial tools, implementing AI, ethics, entrepreneurship and more.

We will explore the dynamic world of Financial Technology (FinTech) and its growing role in finance and accounting education and practice, including application in investments, business management and operations.
 

FinTech is transforming industries by blending finance with cutting-edge technology—applying blockchain technology, artificial intelligence and digital investing, among other many other uses. FinTech is reshaping how businesses and individuals manage money, impacting payments, investments, accounting, and more. 
 

As part of the NYSTEC Center for Business Excellence project (News about NYSTEC CBE), this FinTech session will gather student interest in forming a FinTech Club. Through this FinTech Club, students will get handson experience on FinTech tools and explore:

•    Innovative applications of FinTech in business decision-making
•    The role of FinTech and ethical implementation in accounting, analytics, and strategic planning 
•    How students can leverage FinTech tools for academic and career success
Whether you are interested in finance, accounting, marketing, or entrepreneurship, this session will give you insights into how FinTech is reshaping the skills and opportunities of tomorrow’s business professionals.
