Jennifer Rubino

Jenn is a higher education and workforce development professional with a strong focus on building meaningful connections between students and industry. She currently serves as the Director of Career Services, where she leads efforts to support student career readiness, employer engagement, and experiential learning opportunities.

She holds a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and is currently pursuing a graduate certificate in Workforce Development. She is passionate about creating innovative, accessible pathways that empower individuals while strengthening the regional workforce.
