Noel Montero, M.S., is the Assistant Director of Residential Life at SUNY Polytechnic Institute, where he brings over five years of experience in student affairs, program development, and leadership training. He holds a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Oswego and is currently pursuing an MBA in Hospital Administration. 

Noel has led the creation of innovative RA training models, secured funding for technology upgrades in residence halls, and developed high-impact student events that blend creativity, inclusion, and tech-forward engagement. His work is informed by a strong interest in AI, cybersecurity, and experiential learning, all grounded in a passion for student success and community building.
