Beginning September 30 until November 21 we will be having fitness classes in the Wildcat Field House MPR room.
Monday 12 noon Hip Hop Cardio
Tuesday 4 pm Power Yoga
Wednesday 5 pm Zumba
Thursday 12 noon Power Yoga
POWER YOGA
Experience a total body workout with power yoga. This is a vigorous and playful physical and mental practice. Build strength each week with asanas that will help tone your whole body, improve posture, increase flexibility and more! All levels are welcome.

HIP HOP CARDIO
This class is structured to offer an intense cardiovascular workout. It is ideal if you are looking to tone muscles, achieve weight loss and/or increase stamina, all while indulging in a fun-filled dance activity that avoids monotony of traditional cardio training.
