On Wednesday, August 7, a new voice mail system will be implemented. Please follow the instructions for recording greetings for individual voice mail boxes PRIOR to the cut-over date. The steps required for recording the announcements are as follows:

• Dial 315-351-4230 (this number will change after the cut-over)

• At the sound of the greeting, press (#) to access messages

• Enter your extension number

• When prompted for a security code, use the default 1234

At this point, subscribers will continue to follow the prompts on the phone to complete their mailbox setup.
