STUDENT PROJECT PRESENTATION DAY

Students planning to present a poster describing their project work and to discuss that work with faculty and other students are reminded of the following particulars.

Place:  Cayan Library

Date:  April 25, 2013

Time:  12:00 - 2:00 p.m.

Please plan to arrive at Cayan Library at 11:30 with your poster.  Projects will be grouped by discipline and will be displayed on easels or tables.

There is a plotter printer available in the Cayan Library for use in printing your presentation at no charge.  The maximum width is 2 feet by 4 feet in length.  From a USB connection, the plotter is able to print from the following formats:  PDF, JPG and Tiff.  Presentations should be converted into one of these formats.  Assistance will be available during normal workday hours.  The bookstore will have foam board and tri-fold cardboard displays available for purchase.

Please give your poster title, along with the author(s) names, to your department secretary by April 19 for inclusion in a program booklet.
