Virtual Group Information Sessions
Join a member of our ACE team for a 30-minute, virtual webinar to explore the benefits of ACE, determine eligibility, and more.
Student Expectations and Responsibilities
To remain enrolled in the ACE program, students must commit to the following:
- Enroll in a minimum of 15 credits per semester to earn at least 30 credits per academic year
- Commit to graduating in four years
- Remain eligible for PELL and TAP
- Agree to participate in ACE enrichment programming and activities
- Attend up to 2 required advisement sessions per month
- Enroll in courses approved by an ACE advisor
- Prior to making any registration changes, discuss the addition or dropping of courses with an ACE advisor
- Immediately discuss any concerns regarding academic performance with an ACE advisor
- Seek tutoring or support from the Learning Center if recommended by your ACE advisor
- Fulfill any career related requirements assigned by a Career Counselor
- Keep in communication with the designated ACE advisor and notify them of any changes to your information or status
