This is the final reminder to register for the 2025 SUNY Poly Employee Holiday Luncheon, which will take place on Tuesday, December 16, from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. in the Wildcat Field House!
Please register for the Luncheon if you plan to attend, so we will have an accurate count for catering and table set-ups!

The deadline for registering is tomorrow, Tues., 12/09, by 4:30 p.m. The registration form will be closed after that.
Event Details:
- Admission is FREE for SUNY Poly Employees! Thank you to Auxiliary Services for covering the cost of the ticket price!
- We will be conducting a Gift Basket Raffle, with this year’s proceeds going to benefit the SUNY Poly Foundation’s Emergency Fund for our students!
• Raffle tickets will be sold at the Luncheon: $1/each, 3 tickets for $2, or 10 tickets for $5!
• Baskets for the raffle can be brought to Diana DiPrimo in Kunsela B224. We will also be collecting donations for the Poly Pantry at the Luncheon. Please see the attached list of needed items.
• Each person who donates to the Poly Pantry will receive a free ticket for the Gift Basket Raffle ticket!Please direct any questions or concerns regarding this year’s Employee Holiday Luncheon to Dan Sargent (sargend@sunypoly.edu; ext. 7557).
