Review the Basis of Maintaining F-1 Student Status
F-1 Students are responsible for lawfully maintaining their status while present in the U.S.
The ISS office is available to provide guidance and advisement on F-1 regulations and requirements to assist students in maintaining their lawful status as an F-1 Student.
Don’t forget! All students are responsible for maintaining their own records and documents, including copies of prior Form I-20's. The ISS is not able to provide students with copies of "older" documents, and can only provide printed copies of the most recent Form I-20 available from the students SEVIS record.
