"'At SUNY Polytechnic Institute, which has campuses in both Marcy and Albany, about 44 percent of students come from districts with free or reduced price lunches for students, suggesting that many of its students will benefit from the fee waiver,' said acting President Tod Laursen.

That includes nearly 200 Proctor graduates, he added.

'We look forward to seeing more applications,' Larson said. 'We’ll be working to attract more applications. And, of course, I know my colleagues across the system feel the same way about that.'"
