- Each suite has four bedrooms of single occupancy, a bathroom, and a common living area.
- Each room is equipped with a bed, XL mattress, desk, chair, lamp, pedestal, and two 2-drawer dressers.

- There is a small kitchenette in the Central Commons of the complex that is equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils.
- Students are allowed to have one small 4.0 cu ft mini refrigerator per room.
- Laundry facilities are available for residential students only! The cost of laundry is included in the room rate, so it’s easy to do laundry day or night. The laundry facilities are accessible 24 hours a day using your SUNY Poly ID card. Students can also monitor their laundry using the Speed Queen® app!
- There is a game room with a pool table and TV which can be used to connect gaming consoles.
- A large outdoor area is in the center of the triangle for student activities.
- Students who reside in Mohawk are responsible for cleaning their bathroom and need to bring their own cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Students who request access to the bicycle storage room need to complete and submit this Card Access Request Form to universitypolice@sunypoly.edu
