Housing and Dining License
The Housing and Dining License is binding for a full academic year which includes both the fall and spring semesters. READ the entire license before electronically signing. If questions, contact the Residential Life office at 315-792-7810 or email reslife@sunypoly.edu.
All first-year students, regardless of credit hours earned, are required to live on campus for their first academic year. Local students who live within a 30-mile radius of SUNY Polytechnic Institute are exempt from this requirement and must submit a Request for Commuter Status & Verification of Residence with Parent or Legal Guardian Form.
Meal Plans
The Dining License is in effect for the entire academic year when classes are in session. All new incoming first-year students are required to be on the unlimited meal plan for the duration of their first year on campus. Transfer and returning must purchase one of the residential meal plans. Changes to a student’s selected meal plan are accepted until 4:00 p.m. the first Friday of classes each semester. Changes to meal plans are not accepted after this date. Auxiliary Services administers student ID’s and meal plans. Their contact information is 315-792-7341 or ca@sunypoly.edu.
