Wildcat Dollars
Wildcat Dollars is an optional prepaid spending account that is loaded directly onto your SUNY Poly ID card offering a convenient and secure way to make purchases anywhere on campus and at participating off-campus retailers. Wildcat Dollars are designed to eliminate the need to carry cash, checks, or other cards. 
Wildcat dollars can be used to purchase anything on campus! Locations include the Wildcat Den (Campus Store), the Online Bookstore, Campus Dining Locations (including the Hilltop and ADK Markets) and some vending machines. The best part, Wildcat Dollars never expire! 
 

How do I add Wildcat Dollars?
You can view your balance or add money to your account in several ways:

• Online via the GET Website
• Via the GET mobile App IOS/Android
• By logging into your Banner account and submitting a transfer request of excess financial aid. Students can request up to $700.00 per semester.
• In person at the Auxiliary Services Counter, cash, check or credit cards are accepted.
• Attend on campus events! (Prizes are not redeemable for cash)

Parents and Guardians can add funds to their students’ accounts exclusively through the GET website.

How do I request Wildcat Dollars from Financial Aid?

Wildcat Dollar processing becomes available the week before classes begin. Students must be enrolled for 6 credits or more to obtain wildcat dollars and can request up to $700.00 per semester depending on their excess financial aid.

1. Go to www.sunypoly.edu and navigate to Banner/Degree Works on the bottom of the home page or by clicking the following link.
2. Click Enter Student Secure Area
3. Login using your SITNET ID and password
4. Click the 4 squares in the top corner of the screen
5. Click Banner
6. Click Personal Information
7. Click Request Wildcat Dollars
8. Enter amount up to 700

Funds take 1-2 hours to transfer from financial aid to Wildcat Dollars.

Wildcat Dollar Refund Policy

Wildcat Dollar Refunds are able to be requested 2 weeks before each semester ends. A written request must be completed at the Auxiliary Services Counter on the 1st floor of Kunsela Hall inside the Wildcat Den. If submitted via email (ca@sunypoly.edu), the request must be sent from your SUNY Poly email account. The request must include your name, Student ID (U#) number, home address, and balance to be refunded.

Wildcat Dollars that are awarded as a prize cannot be refunded unless the student is graduating or withdrawing from the school.
